OneStopHousing.org Rent Limits
OneStopHousing.org was developed to help renters find affordable housing. Therefore, we ask that you only list units that are at or below OneStopHousing.org’s rent limits. If you have a building that has some units that meet these rent limits and some units that do not, you may list the units that meet the rent limits in OneStopHousing.org. Please contact staff at coordinator@slihc.org.
Some posted rental units may exceed our rent limits. These units offer additional amenities including meals, transportation, housekeeping and others.

Rents limits are set based on OneStopHousing.org’s policy to only list units that are affordable to individuals and families making 60% or below of the Area Median Income (AMI).
