The most common technical problems are due to using outdated web browsers.
To find out what browser version you are using:
For Internet Explorer, you must first have Explorer open. Then, on the top toolbars, go to Help > About Internet Explorer. This should tell you what version you are currently using.
For Netscape users, if it doesn’t show you the version as you open the browser, follow the same steps as the Explorer users.
If you are already using newer version of your browser, and you experience problems pages only loading partially, please clear out your browser cache, restart your browser, and try again.
